These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, press releases, investigations, and digital media distribution packages (collectively, the "Services") provided by ReverseDeath, operated legally by 3-102-960698 SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our platform, submitting evidence, or executing a payment, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of our platform and Services.

1. Nature of Services

ReverseDeath acts as an elite intelligence desk and media distribution platform. We analyze user-submitted evidence, draft professional press releases, and distribute content across designated digital channels. Our Services are categorized into tiered packages (e.g., Standard, Enhanced, Ultimate), which dictate the inclusion of text, images, video integration, and the depth of the investigative brief.

We reserve the right to refuse service, reject evidence, or decline the publication of any press release that violates international laws, promotes terrorism, or contains unsubstantiated defamatory material. In the event of a service refusal prior to the commencement of work, no payment will be captured.

2. Web3 Cryptocurrency Payments

In pursuit of absolute privacy, security, and global accessibility, ReverseDeath utilizes a cryptocurrency payment gateway (NOWPayments) for all transactions. We exclusively accept payments in approved cryptographic tokens and stablecoins (e.g., USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH) routed via designated blockchain networks.

  • No Fiat Processing: We do not process direct credit card payments, bank transfers, or centralized fiat gateways (such as PayPal) to ensure censorship resistance and protect our operations from centralized interference.
  • Network Fees: The client is solely responsible for any blockchain network gas fees required to execute the transaction.
  • Payment Confirmation: A service contract is only considered binding once the exact required stablecoin equivalent is confirmed and finalized on the respective blockchain.

3. Strict No-Refund and No-Cancellation Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE ABSOLUTE AND FINAL.

Due to the immutable, irrevocable nature of blockchain transactions and the immediate deployment of our editorial and investigative resources upon payment confirmation, ReverseDeath enforces a strict, zero-exception no-refund policy.

  • Once a payment transaction is broadcast and confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
  • We do not entertain chargebacks, disputes, or refund requests for "buyer's remorse," delays in press release syndication, or dissatisfaction with the editorial style of the published content.
  • By initiating a Web3 transaction via our payment widget, you explicitly acknowledge that you are waiving any right to a refund and agree that the transaction is permanent.

4. Client Obligations & Evidence Submission

Upon selecting a service tier, clients must submit accurate, authentic, and verifiable evidence. You warrant that you hold the legal right to share the provided documents, images, and data. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3-102-960698 SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the publication of the evidence you provide.

5. Intellectual Property

All finalized press releases, articles, and investigative reports produced by ReverseDeath remain the intellectual property of the Company until they are officially syndicated. Upon syndication, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to share, link to, and distribute the published material.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3-102-960698 SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) the outcome or public reaction to any published press release or investigation.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Center of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Commerce Chamber of Costa Rica.
